How does Cloodot get access to my reviews?
Through the official Google Business Profile API. You sign in with the Google account that manages your locations and grant review access — no passwords shared, and you can revoke the grant from your Google account at any time.
Who owns the data?
You do. Reviews and replies live on your Google Business Profile — we keep a synced copy to power the inbox, search, and analytics. Disconnect Google and that copy is deleted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month, priced per location. Cancel from Settings and billing stops at the end of the period — everything already posted to Google stays exactly as it is.
What counts as a location?
One Google Business Profile listing. Import everything your account manages, then choose which listings Cloodot handles — you are only billed for the ones you manage.
Will automated replies sound canned?
You define the rules (star range, rating-only reviews) and the voice — business description, tone, and signature. Everything outside your rules waits in the inbox for a human, with an AI draft ready when you want one.
